Return Process

  For damaged items or engraving errors, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging to help us expedite your claim.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  Processing & Resolution

  After receiving your return, we will process your full refund or ship out a corrected replacement crystal within 3-5 business days.
