How do you turn my 2D photo into a 3D image?
Our skilled designers use specialized CAD software to map the depth of your 2D photo. We then use high-precision green light laser technology to etch thousands of microscopic points inside the optical crystal, creating a detailed 3D representation.
What kind of crystal do you use for your products?
We use 100% pure K9 Borosilicate optical crystal. This premium material is known for its high clarity, durability, and brilliant refractive properties, ensuring your memories are preserved without clouding or yellowing over time.
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Standard production takes 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gift sooner.
What happens if my crystal arrives damaged?
While we package our crystals in secure, foam-lined gift boxes, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Can I add custom text to my 3D crystal?
Yes! Most of our crystal shapes allow for personalized text engraving alongside your photo. You can choose from various font styles during the customization process to add names, dates, or special messages.
Do the crystals come with a light base?
While the crystals are stunning on their own, we highly recommend a LED light base to truly bring the 3D etching to life. Light bases are sold separately or can be added as an upgrade to your order.
